If you would like to submit a rule proposal to be voted on at the 2013 general membership meeting held at the MSFR, please e-mail or mail it to Cindy Kennedy, Secretary/Treasurer. All rule proposals need to be published for at least two months prior to the Finals to be considered. Your input is appreciated to make this association the best it can be for all members.
