The objective of the MSRA shall be to promote Professional Rodeo as a sport; to strive at
all times to insure honesty and fairness to both the contestant and the producer; to create
an amicable relationship among stock contractors and to inspect, sanction and advertise
rodeos being sponsored in accordance with association standards.
